Now if only they'd been into really cheap and badly rated disaster movies, I'd know for sure I'd be best friends with them if they were real!

Right? I know, me too! I have such a guilty pleasure for that shit.

Same here! It's something I almost never do. But I did it for Generation Kill, and now Chicago Fire - I have it on my ipad, and I've been going to bed with it!

I don't know that I have done this, watching an episode twice, since the early days of The West Wing. I mean sometimes there were SPN scenes, back in the day, I had to watch twice and sometimes I have to rewatch my favorite 'ship moments on H50, but actually having to watch an episode twice has not happened to me in a long while. I used to watch The West Wing with my mom and she had to work nights, so we would watch it the next afternoon but I just could not wait that long, so I would watch it upstairs when it aired and then rewatch the next day with her and just pretend I hadn't seen it yet! With Chicago Fire, I can't wait to watch it so I watch in my room at night (so I won't wake the whole house) and then have to rewatch again the next day while my sister is at work, on the big screen in the living, so I can see all their facial expressions perfectly. It's becoming a whole thing. :)

You know about chicagofire_tv, right?

I do now! Thanks! It was really the holiday hiatus that did me in. I needed more and there was none on my TV and I was having withdrawal! Now I think I need to write a fic about Shay and Severide in their early days of living together.

I love that you have a whole organised system for rewatching! With me, it's a case of having it on my ipad, thinking I'll just rewatch a little scene, and somehow not being able to stop until I've seen the entire episode!

Now I think I need to write a fic about Shay and Severide in their early days of living together.

I can't fault that idea!
