I ♥ Thorin Oakenshield

I think that's a common reaction. :)

The moment he opened his mouth and I heard that gorgeous voice... ♥

The hedgehog was the cutest thing!

I thought he was cute and adorable but then again, I didn't read the book.

No, no. I mean a 'I'm now completely in love with him' problem. I've never read the book either.

Me too (more than Thorin).

I liked Aiden Turner in Being Human but Kili pushes that to a whole new level.

Me too. I love Richard Armitage and will climb him like a tree but I adore Thorin.

Also, my friend and I are discussing that the dwarf prothetics almost always disguises everyone's face except for Fili (who almost looks like his normal self) and Kili (Aiden Turner looks even more handsome with it).

I had no idea who Thorin was played by - I had to google him on my phone because I was so curious. Now I'm hoping he'll do some more theatre, because I'd love to see him on stage.

I was really surprised when the credits came up, because I didn't recognise a lot of the actors - I must check out who played which character when I get a moment.

It was such a lucky well-timed chance for me that I got to go yesterday (and weirdly, in a half-empty cinema). I wish you didn't have to wait!

BTW, make sure you go for the 3D version if you can - the scenery is amazing. I'm sure it looks fabulous in 2D too, but I was really glad I went for the 3D version.
