People are very polarized, I think, on this shot. I, for one, HATE the vest, but half of my Twitter seems to love it. Intriguing.

I really like the waistcoat, but what I particularly like is the look of the fabric the jacket is made of. It looks like a really nice wool, and I love the edging.

I think that's the same suit he wore to the American Idiot premiere. It's the same super sooty/inky black material, with the matte finish. It's a wonderful suit.
