Blair has always known Serena to be a rebel; the urge for freedom and the thrill of shocking (scandalizing, really) people who live to pass judgment--those qualities run in her blood. Just look at Lily van der Woodsen's first love, or Eric and his foolish courage.
"So why not me," Blair asked, pushing the hair back from Serena's face. The light from outside the window made Serena look like a beautiful stranger in her own room, and Blair was lost once more. Why cross class lines for a nobody named Dan, but not this line for someone who's been there for her all along? Who has seen her at her worst, and still loves her unconditionally?
She traced the curve of Serena's mouth, the smudged lipstick and the bitten lips. She slipped the tip of her finger inside, where a warm tongue welcomed her, stroking softly against the underside of her nail. The mouth opened wider and the swollen lips closed around two fingers, sucking intently as if wishing for those fingers to leave an imprint.
Blair bent to kiss that long neck, trailing down to the bony area between Serena's breasts where she could feel every heartbeat. The strapless bra gave way, clinging half on and half off full breasts, Serena inhaling sharply around Blair's fingers, skin flushed all over (she was so sensitive). Blair pressed her lips to a pink nipple--and left the stain of her lipstick there.
"Because," Serena struggled to say. She made a gentle circle around Blair's wrist, pulling the fingers out of her mouth with a wet sound. Her eyes were unreadable. "Because you're my friend. The best I've ever had." And I wouldn't know what to do when another relationship goes to hell, and I lose you as well.
"That is such bullshit, and you know it."
"I can't, B. I just ... can't."
She might be able to believe it, accept it, if Serena would stop kissing her back and remove her hand from beneath Blair's skirt, that slim hand stroking up the inside of her thigh.
"Liar," Blair whispered, anger bleeding through even though she never meant for it to show. She unzipped the rest of Serena's dress, tossed the bra, leaving the diamond pendant necklace on her bare neck, and turned her around so that the long expanse of her back and the ridges of her spine shone silver beneath the waves of her blonde hair, in the stripes of light falling across the bed.
Her fingers roamed the smooth, warm skin, feeling the shape of Serena's shoulder blades that quivered with each harshly drawn breath. She moved down the bed, fingernails leaving long scratches on that unmarked back, and pulled Serena's lace thong off her hips with her teeth. The gasp, followed by the low groan of Serena calling her name, was music to her ears.
She pressed her lips there, surrounded by the smell and taste of Serena, teasing her with her tongue. Closed her mouth to a pout and left her mark there as well.

Kudos to you for a most inspiring prompt!! ♥ I actually didn't know I was going to write in the Gossip Girl fandom (didn't even realize it was one of my fandoms) until the prompts pretty much hit me on the head.
