Andrea thanks him with her eyes and words and later with a lingering kiss. But it's the sound of Lucas' breath he always remembers.

Then he imagines Andrea's face if he surfaces again without Lucas

Dean needs a family so bad and this is why he does what he does. If he can't have one, then he's going to make sure everyone else can. *cries*

Yes, he really does go all out when families are hit. I can't help hoping that Ben will eventually turn out to be his.
