Oh, oh, oh. There are so many things I could say to this, but I think this affected me is about all I can manage.

No need to talk about it, both knowing what they wanted and makin the most of it.
I love this. And the last lines, too. Just lovely and perfectly stark and quietly right.

It's a gorgeous movie, but I think I'm especially fond of the short story - it's just such a powerful piece of writing.

There's a note in the tin, too, and a folded up picture postcard, and the two of them together tell as best he can what Jack Twist and the time up on Brokeback Mountain meant to him.

This was wonderful. You wrote Ennis so well.
