Wow, I hadn't realised how much I'd missed the team until I saw them all again.
Funny, I was never a huge Jack fan when he was in SG-1 (he kinda irritated me at times) but his snark and sense of humour seem to work so much better in SGA (for me). I’d love to see him guest more often. And Daniel and Vala and Cameron...

“We had to dismantle our ship to provide the raw materials we need.” Ooh, clumsy exposition.
“This won’t take long at all. Oh, my.” Rodney stutters. “They’ve changed the codes.” Hee!
Oh, Wolsey, you’re not that bright under pressure. Even I could see that Rodney was faking, and I’m always easy to fool! At least they didn't try to make us believe that Jack was fooled!
“Atlantis is to be destroyed at all costs.” That would have been bone-chilling if I’d believed it might actually happen.
“But Teyla and Beckett are.” Aha, so that’s why the writers needed Beckett along.
“I like to close my eyes and think of England.”
Ooh, neat little flashback method. Much more fun than soft-focus or muted colours.
Eeeeeeeee!! Rodney won a drama award as a kid!!!!!!!! “Could have made it a career if I’d wanted to.” “Wish you would of.” And Rodney’s little perplexed “hff?” How much did I adore them?!
“You see, Richard, you were good for something.” Oh, Jack, so sensitive. *snickers*
Definitely some Elizabeth/Jack chemistry there in that last scene.
Handy that the replicators had time to repair the control room so thoroughly! You know, I rather wish they hadn’t - I would have liked to have seen the team have to deal with the mess, improvise, have some fallout from the whole affair.
Way too easy a resolution at the end. Absurdly easy. But hey, lots of funny moments, lots of tension, everyone running around being hot - that’s all I ask for, and I got it in bucket loads!
