Drag Queen, Ahoy
Posting for both today and yesterday. While I know my Cape accounts are far from fascinating, it's keeping me sane. Because I am a pathetic internet whore who panics without it.
Spent a lot of time in Provincetown yesterday. Found a badass shirt, convinced my mom to pay for it over the phone, was forced it buy it a size too large, went back, exchanged it for the right size, and wandered down to the Marine store to pick up a spiffy skirt. As I've said before, the one advantage to being bizarrely proportioned, is that when I find clothes that fit, I never have to pay for them. As promised, I finally have a drag queen photo for you all. There was a better one, complete with Bouffant, but s/he wandered off by the time I got out my camera.

As for today, I slept in (big surprise there) and went down to the beach. Flew my stunt kite for at least an hour, only crashing it three times. Which is rather impressive, if I do say so myself. Got a bit bitchy with my mother beforehand some comment about me being too dressy pissed me off. I don't know, it was stupid, and I think I apologized already. but am now in a fantastic mood. Kite flying will do that to you. It's a very zen thing.
While I miss my computer, I don't particularly want to go back. It's very relaxing here.
I should probably stop typing now, considering we only have a limited quota of free 56k to use. It'll be back to cell-net for me, tonight.
