Supernatural, 5x19: Hammer Of Gods review

(and I'm gonna do the review of the episode 18 right after this one because I'm not logical)



 
Kâlî, "The Black One". One of my favorite deity EVER.

So, I just watched « Hammer of Gods », and I felt like doing a review since I was pretty HYSTERICAL at the end of it.

So it went like that:

-Yes Dean, a four stars hotel in the middle of nowhere after a hurricane is a bit weird… are you sure you’re a hunter???

-OMFG I LOVE PAGAN GODS SO MUCH AND I WISH THE SHOW HAD MADE THEM POWERFUL ENOUGH TO KICK GOD’S ASS BECAUSE THEY ROCK!!!!!

-Kali, you’re the most badass woman (fine, you’re a goddess but still a woman) in this show since Ellen died and the new HBIC since Ruby is gone!!! I LOVE YOU GIRL!!!

-GABRIEL/LOCKI/TRICKSTER!!!! (do I even need to precise that he ROCKS and I love him because he is a fierce motherfucker?)

Gabriel: “-Can we talk about the elephant in the room? (to Ganesh) Not YOU!”

-KALI YOU HAD A THING WITH GABRIEL AND THAT JUST MADE YOU MY NEW IDOL!!!! The Kali/Gabriel thing is now my favorite HET pairing in Supernatural (yes, yes, an HET pairing in Supernatural, it DOES exist!!!).

Kali: “But you’re not the only religion, and he is not the only god. Now, you think you can rip the planet apart, you’re wrong, they are billions of us, and we were here first. If anyone gets to end this world, it’s me.”

-Gabriel went in the future… now I wonder if Kripke is going to use that twist in the future… that would be awesome!

-A personal disagreement with Kripke here: MERCURY IS ONE OF THE MOST CLEVER GOD EVER, HE WOULD NOT HAVE CALL LUCIFER (or at least he would have run away before Luci arrived). But Lucifer checking in was still cool.

-My Luci, how come you look so charismatic all the time, even with you vessel falling in pieces???

-Gabriel saving Kali and our boys!!!

(& Lucifer being jealous "Over a GIRL? Gabriel, really? (...) I hope you didn't catch anything...")

-Lucifer vs Gabriel…. OMG AM I REALLY SLASHING THEM???

-Lucifer killing Gabriel & looking desperately upset & torn apart while doing it. WELL APPARENTLY I’M SLASHING THEM PEOPLE.

-OMFG DID THEY KILL GABI???

(Wow, Gabriel, you were the youngest of the three, like Adam… no wonder you’re dead!)

-AND HELLO DENIAL (my best friend!!!): since God brought Castiel back to life, I’m going to assume the useless motherfucker is going to have the decency of bringing Gabriel back because Gabriel is called the RIGHT HAND OF GOD and is pretty much the only archangel that still likes humans beings, so we need him around!

(Now, I need some Lucifer/Gabriel, the more angsty the better).

-Sam, Dean, I’m sorry; you did not interest me at all in this episode boys! I’m a mythology whore you see.
