Has anyone received something from home that should normally have powers, but doesn't?

"Powers" in general don't seem to work here; I suppose that extends to any artifacts that rely on them as well. What I received doesn't necessary have these powers on its own, but it depends on them to function.

I realize that. But to be able to strip the powers from what i received...

This place is stronger than i thought.
