And then Riku's Haunter pops up behind him, scaring the pants off of him-- so to speak. It probably doesn't help that Phantom's 5'3'', only about a head shorter than Riku these days. Makes his presence all the more noticeable.]

Just be glad yours hasn't vandalized any large buildings.

[He shoots Phantom a deadpan look, which only makes the ghost laugh. It's a horrifying laugh that sounds like white noise mixed with creepy, childish laughter underlaying a lower, inhuman sorta cackle.]

Phantom usually gets some of my team to go along with his pranks. Usually the ones who're... well, dense. I'll just put it that way.
