NaNo Progress on Day 5
I am not quite done for the day, I am determined to reach 35,000 words before I go to sleep, but since I have finished yet another section of the novel, I have decided to post the progress so far.

Holy crap I am almost to the goal and no where close to the end of my story though. I have alot more still to go, the climatic point hasn't even come. But I have love interest and the main character that I thought I had, became a different character, so now I have all my character roles switched up, though I am not sure how that happened. Instead of it being about one character's journey and saving, its more about another character's development and doing the saving. I am confused now, but its fantastic.
I have been writing all day, and I have ... well ... rostered on Firan, in other news. Not because of NaNo, just because I don't have the desire to MUSH any longer. At least not for the time being, so I have given up five years of MUSHing. I don't really have an excuse or an explaination, but I can say that I have been needing to do it for a long time, perhaps ... when a certain couple of events happened, I realized, I just couldn't handle the Firan scene anymore. Nothing specific, no one specific. The game is a great game, its just ... not right for me anymore. And I will miss all my favorite people, and they know who they are. Its been months in the making, and it was a little lackluster of an ending for me, but it needed to be done. I am a little sad to leave that chapter of my life, but I am sure that it will be fine. Unlike some people who leave the game, I don't have hard feelings against the game or the staff or the players. Alot has happened, but it was me who left for me. Its time to play Real Life.
Anyway, NaNo! How awesome is that! I am impressed with myself to be frank. I can't believe that I have written so much and that I have gotten so much done. I am almost done. Nearly 15,000 words to go. That's ridiculous. I didn't know I had it in me. But apparently I do!
