I take vitamins. I just recently realized that I get 6,667% of my daily dose of thiamine.

Upon further inspection:

Iron

Recommended Dose: 18mg

Indi’s Dose: 72mg

Thiamine

Recommended Dose: 1.5mg

Indi’s Dose: 101.5mg

Riboflavin

Recommended Dose: 1.1mg

Indi’s Dose: 21.7mg

Folic Acid

Recommended Dose: 400mcg

Indi’s Dose: 1200mcg

Vitamin C

Recommended Dose: 75mg

Indi’s Dose: 250mg

Zinc

Recommended Dose: 8mg

Indi’s Dose: 25mg

Vitamin B6

Recommended Dose: 1.3mg

Indi’s Dose: 4.6mg

Side affects of ___ toxicity = nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, GI tract infection, upset stomach, headaches, restlessness, seizure, warmness [what?], anaphylactic shock, death.

AWESOME. No more vitamins for me.
