You know your French is getting rusty or you're drunk when...
In wine tasting class you mean to say "I love it" in French to your teacher about the wine you are drinking and instead you say "I love you."
That's awkward.
Most interesting thing I learned at work yesterday:
30 and 40 year old men still call each other "douchebags."
I am a firm believer that life has a soundtrack. Sounds poetic, but all it really means is that I have had songs ruined for me by some of the experiences I associate them with. Hmph. For example: used to really love the song Hurricane, written by the talented boys of Something Corporate. I kind of took it out of rotation for awhile after I was broken up with because it reminded me of the night ex and I met. Last night while I was driving to OC I decided to listen to good ol' SoCo cause it had been awhile...halfway through the song I remembered why.
