TIME FOR AN ART DUMP



Drew all these lions with my trusty old brush pen. I've been getting back into brushy stuff after spending the longest time exclusively on the Deleter nibs... After such a long break, my old pens feel fresh again!





I like lions. There's no markings to get bogged down in (I mean cheetah spots are fun but they drive me nuts if I draw them too much!) and they've got those big tail tufts and mooshy tummies.



A made-up tea service. Sweet things, mmmm!



I'm in a mythology class right now. According to Greek myth, peacocks look the way they do because they're covered in stolen monster eyes.



Anxiety. Finals are coming up!

FINALLY: EYEBLEED.



I was coloring this little TOP I drew in my sketchbook and kept going "It doesn't look like him! What's wrong?!" Then I remembered: He can't color coordinate. "(makes suit teal) Oooh, there we go! Oh crap, this is going to make my eyes hurt, isn't it..."

Later I made a less eyebleed version, just to see what it would look like if I didn't hate my retinas:



Basically I just really like TOP.
