I AM A COMICS ADDICT WHEN THE HELL DID THIS HAPPEN
I totally just spent money on comics.
Um sooo... why didn't anybody tell me earlier that Batman Year 100 was awesomesauce? I demand an explanation. But not now because I'm reading.
Also got X-Force Volume 2 and the Deadgirl TPB but I'm gonna torture myself and not read them until the guy at the store can get me *all* the X-Force and X-Statix and also Green Lantern:Willworld and Batman:Ego in like 2 weeks. Luckily he gave me the Seth Fisher Fantastic Four/Iron Man run for free and also some super-secret Fisher sketchbook stuff to tide me over. (Sketchbook workups to Batman:Snow! Are you jealous? Yes you are.)
AGH WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP SPENDING MONEY. Oh that's right, because everything is awesome. GODDAMN.
Me and the store owner are totally conspiring to bring James Jean to San Francisco, too. Ohohohoho.
I should be doing homework!
Also read New Frontier Volume 1 and the first two trades of the Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle run last week. And reread Batgirl Year One for like the 50th time, by which I mean I read the Condiment King scene and giggled like an idiot. My life is groovy and lovely, yes it is.
Was there a point to this post? Hey I know, everybody tell me what you've been reading lately to get your geeky sequential fix. Or you know, don't, although that would probably make you uncool.
