Well this is the weekend before Mike heads out west to start his new job. Monday he flies to Portland then is driving our car (which is at a friends there) down to Las Vegas. It has been a crazy few weeks getting ready for this to happen. But everything seems to have more or less fallen in place.
I am excited for this and not looking forward to it all at the same time. I am comforted in the fact that I will see him about every three weeks. That and frequent phone and video chats will make the distance not seem as great. Also I am very busy with school. This is my last semester at Touro and I have a lot of assignments and projects to complete before I start my final internships. That means I won’t be just sitting around doing nothing. Hardly. And if any of you want to hang out on the weekends, just email me.
