I got this email from Travis of MALEFACTION. It might interest those of you in the Toronto area. I wanna go and am definitely thinking about it...
Hey Rockers,
Just a heads up to let you know that Malefaction are playing Club Rockit on Saturday, June 26th as part of the Northern Lights festival. We're playing fifth and our set time begins at 4:45pm. This show is all ages. I realize that not all of you live in or near Toronto but if you happen to be in the
area or know people who might be interested in this show pass the information along. As some of you already know the future of Malefaction is uncertain because i am going away to complete a phd in history. This will either end the band or put us on hiatus. This show in Toronto could possibly be our last in eastern Canada.

Our Premier, Dalton McGuinty, announced in his budget that he will
re-instate user premiums on OHIP, which in a round-about way will be a tax increase.
At the least it will cost most people an extra $300-$450 extra in taxes (or more) every year. He promised no tax increase when he campaigned.
