universi-cheese!
things are beginning to get a little strained... i'm starting to feel the pressure of my work load a lil more (although i'm still not nearly as stressed as a lot of other people) and how badly i need a job! of course, i can't really get one until christmas break... and my bank account should last til then, but saving for presents and for japan is going to be hard. i can't expect my parents to pay the way. *sigh* the price also went up by $200!
i made up 3 schedules today so when i register for classes on november second, i should be good to go... next semester's going to be a lot rougher than this one. my work load is definately going increase and i'm going to be working on top of it. thankfully, my TA helped me pick some classes cuz she's also a psych major and i'm feeling really good about my schedule. it'll be interesting, even though it's going to be busy!
next fall, i might get to be a TA for andy in inst150. that would be great... i'd be getting paid and earning credits! *good deal* and i <3 andy... he's an awesome teacher (not to mention cute)
i missed the meeting for the JET program today =( i dont even know how it happened... i was at mcinnis at 4:30... and nobody was around. hopefully there'll be another one next year... if i do it, it won't be until after i graduate, so i have time. on the plus side, i got to go to dinner. not that it was good, but o well. everything's starting to taste the same- go college!
anyways, we had a surprise party for shtephy after dinner. it was a good time... music, cookies, pictures and of course- chips 'n cheese!! yay!
fall free day is friday... it'll definately be good to have a day off! andy also cancelled inst for this thursday, so tomorrow is my last real day of classes!! *w00t* stevie, gen and steph are all leaving tomorrow, so it's gonna be lonely, but it'll give me a chance to get caught up on some work. taekwon-do club starts on thursday and friday i'm going to be spending the day emersed in japanese culture! i get to eat udon noodles... yumm-may! and after the trip *ai* is coming to take me home! <33 and we'll be going to the ren faire w/ jen, bob, andrew and tom on sunday. supposedly tom's outfit is going to be interesting... i'm intriqued.
we're watching cats!! <3 it brings back fuzzy memories of high school when i thought i was cool b/c i watched everyday... haha.
