You know, I was trying to sum up what I think of EULAs that include the "terms can be changed without notice at any time" clauses in them. (You know, fucking all of them.)

While rather comedic, I can now safely assume I'm agreeing to a contract with Darth Vader any time I'm agreeing to a EULA agreement. I suspect the company has about as much interest in my well being as the sith lord anyway.

Actually I'm reminded of one exception to the EULA abuse. One I found fairly easy to understand and brief a few years ago. Can't remember what program it came with, but it went along the lines of:
"This software is supplied as is. If you break it, you get to keep both pieces."
