New Years Flashback
I have been wanting to do a flashback post. A look back on how I got to this point in my life. A story from years ago. Well today I don't have anything else to write about and I am depressed about Tracey right now, so I am going to do a flashback entry. I am going to re-cap how I spent the past 6 new years in my life. They were all spent with Tracey.
2003: Tracey and I had only been dating for a month and a half. Not a long time but we were very into each other. We spent New Years Eve at my mom's house, where I lived at the time cause I was still in high school. It was me, Tracey, my brother Austin, and my mom just hanging out. We had fun. Tracey and I were in my bedroom at midnight listening to "Hands Down" by Dashboard Confessional and kissing. It was wonderful. My first new year with Tracey. Here is what Tracey wrote about it:

so. first new years not involving the company of my mother and copper pots.. erin just threatened to kill herself and i can hear her shaking pills in there. she's intoxicated. i kissed blake at midnight whilst listening to hands down [dash.bo.ard.] oh I am so lucky to have him. dear god[??], thank you for that boy. thankyou times a million.
2004: This year was similar to the previous, in that Tracey and I spent it at my mom's house listening to Dashboard and kissing into the new year. Of course, we have been together a year now and were way in love. I can't find anything Tracey wrote about it so here is what I wrote:

we went to the gym and worked out for a long time. like fucking 2 and a half hours. tracey painted pictures and i made a rocky horror board game. we both got new shoes. mine are pumas. on new years, we stayed at my house. we kissed at midnight and our first words of the year were i love you. we made margaritas. my mom was a bitch and was yelling at austin just 10 seconds into the new year. tracey has been a sleep head and has been sleeping till like 1. we have been playing lots of tennis. tracey is gonna be on the team so she needs to practice. we bought her a pink tennis raquet and i have one from my house that i use. and we practice. and we are getting better. and thats pretty much whats been going on. good times and being had by all. i love tracey alot! she is so dor! my sweetie.
2005: This year we went to a house party with Jayda and Stew. It was fun. Here are some pictures Tracey posted from that night:

im tired. got to sleep at four. woke up for work at eleven.
we went to a party with jayda and stew, met johnmercer. general partying ensued.
"girl, smile. you at the waffle house now!"
i had a good time. got to sleep with the boy for the first time since early december. i love him. another year together!
i'm at work with farida, she is boring/an adult.

first post of the new year. yay. happy new year everyone.
last night i rang in the new year kissing my sweetie. our third new year together. we went to a party with jayda and stew. this year is going to be a good year. im gonna be working at the club, im going to be going to school in atlanta. we have decided that this year is going to be the year of monthly events (superbowl of motorsports in january, bright eyes in feburaury, peachtree battle in march), lots of presents (garden state came yesterday, i got a super nintendo, and tracey's belt buckle will be here soon), and extra fun. yeah. i love you tracey!!
2006: One of our funnest new years. It was me, Tracey, Olivia, Michael (Olivia's boyfriend), and Tracey's sister Erin. It was at the apartment that Tracey, Erin, and I were living it. It was an awesome apartment. We had alcohol and we made Jello shots and had so much fun. For the record, it was awesome. Here are lots of pictures from that night:
2007: Tracey and I broke up over the summer of 2006. So this would be our first new year not as a couple. However, I still spent it with Tracey, without the kiss though. She invited me over to the apartment where she and Erin lived (a different place than the previous year). We drank and watched TV and played video games. Not too much happened except that we were together on new years. It was fine.
2008: This was another fun new years. We kissed! It was at my current apartment with me, Tracey, Bria, Katharine, and some of Katharine's friends. Before midnight, we had gone to a lame party and left. After midnight, we went to a huge awesome party and drank more. Good times.
So that's that. 6 New Years spent with Tracey. Amazing isn't. I gotta say that I'm thankful for all of them.
