Hey everyone!
I just got back from visiting with Will at St. Mikes. I went back last night to see what room they had put him in and they have in the respiratory wing. I had to get into the equivalent of a hazmet suit just to say hello. He was so tired that I only stayed for half an hour (he said he hadn't yet slept from the night before)
Today he called me to ask me when I was coming and I stayed about 5 hours. Because they're still running tests (because they can't run tests on the weekend) I was again in the gown, the rubber gloves and face mask. Stupid face mask had a metal bar above the nose that started to ache after a while, so I had to step out once or twice to rub my nose. Hopefully tomorrow they see he's not deadly, so no face mask!
Will's roommate Doug had come by that morning to check on him and drop off his portable DVD player. So we watched half of the movie GrownUps, the first 2 hour part of the TV show LEXX (his favorite, I got it for him yesterday as a "Sorry you're stuck back in here, but look what I found in the bargain bin to make up for it") and then the first half of Scott Pilgrim Vs The World (which I LOVED but had already seen earlier this year with Twerp)
Thanks for all of your kind thoughts. Hopefully they have him in with the doctors first thing on Monday and have him on the right medication as soon as possible. As much fun as it is holed up and watching movies, it much more fun on the big screen, breathing your OWN oxygen ;)
