Any suggestions for a cure for insomnia? Thursday night I went to sleep around 3am and had to be up by 7:30 for class. Last night I waited to go to bed until I was exhausted - around 12:30, and woke up this morning at 6:30 with my mind buzzing in a way that meant I wouldn't be going back to sleep for a while. On a Saturday!!! I decided I like my friends too much to call and bug them at this ungodly hour, so LJ it is. This is becoming a cause for concern - if I miss sleep over too long I usually end up sitting in the doctor's office, physically ill.

(Incidentally, the icon was made to resemble my pajama bottoms. I drew it sitting at work in my pajamas one morning about 2am, again because I couldn't sleep, and it's becoming the de facto "insomnia again, dammit" icon.)
