... but I just can't figured it out by myself. D:
The question is: Did Daniel saw Rorschach's true face BEFORE Rorschach gets caught? I mean, by the time they were partners?
I ask it because of this entry from Rorschach's journal:
"On fortieth and seventh, saw Dreiberg and Juspeczyk leaving diner. They didn't know me. An affair perhaps?"
Thanks to this (and also knowing how paranoiac Rorschach was) I just assume Daniel didn't ever know his face. Even so, there's a lot of fanfictions and arts (pre-graphic novel era) where Daniel sees Rorschach without wearing his mask...
