My dearest Jel...erm....Owly!! I was SO looking forward to this part that I opened your LJ on Monday morning just before I had to leave for work because I had to know if you'd updated. Which you had, so I spent my whole workday being a really happy bunny and couldn't wait to get home and read it. (Yes, I tortured myself like that. And it was absolutely worth it!)

This was one of those updates again where I stopped reading after a couple of sentences because I just didn't want the story to end. (Like....ever. Silly. Again. I know. So?) This was so incredible sweet and adorable again! There are so many things I loved about this one - Jenny being all nervous and insecure and expecting the worst, the way Emma's simple gestures could ground her again, Emma's mother who SO knew and finally Jenny being a family member in the present. (Add very happy sigh here.) Please tell me there's another part and you just forgot to add 'to be continued'! (Yes, that must be it. Phew.)

A secret handshake? Like we did in second grade? Cool, I'm in! And just because I'm nice and your stories are so beautiful and because I'm nice and because I'm nice I'll try to come up with another nickname for you. (What does Owl_wishes mean anyway? Doesn't seem like the first nick name that would pop into your head, does it? Nope.)

So......guess what, it's Sunday, yay!! I hope your Sunday will be wonderful and inspiring and...erm...updaty? (Not a word? Oops......)

;-)

Should I be proud that you tortured yourself like that all day just to read my story? Because strangely I am… And I’ve totally corrupted you. And here no one was supposed to know what a big softie you truly are. I’ll do my best to keep from making you suffer too long without an update.

(and about Emma’s mother…right? I mean she’s all “come on, get it on, get it over with,” while the two of them are still like, “is it happening? Is it not happening?)

I find it funny that you're still apologizing for not-words you make up, because you aren't actually sorry about them, are you? Admit it, you love making up words to piss off spell-check - It's the rebel inside of you. In fact, I think there's been a lack of not-words on here lately. Fix that, would you, lovely lost? We need some good ones.

(I'm not mentioning the fact that once you've given someone a good nick name, you're totally entitled to use it all the time and make them blush. ...but I'm totally not pressuring you into finding someone nice a new nickname.)

Here’s hoping we both feel inspired and updaty soon… Have a great week. :)
