Sweet and plain unsingable name, that rings in my mind now. Shine, unsingable name. Over everything.
I'm bored, and I don't want to do this final project. I also don't fee like thinking about things. I've done enough of that and still can't come up with an ingenious plan to have a perfect life.
I checked my mail today, figuring I'd get my pay check, but I didn't. I got three other things though. Pictures from my dad, from easter and other family events. Something from the doctor's office. And a Valentine's Day card from my mom. Yeah, it's a little late for Valentine's Day. The card actually made me teary eyed though. The morning of February 13th my mom went shopping for Valentine's Day cards. She had it all planned out, she was going to send cards and chocolates to Brian, Mary, and me. When she returned home she got a call. Her dad had died and it was totally unexpected. I can't even imagine what she felt. She was too preoccupied with the stress of finding a way to Kansas for the funeral to even think about Valentine's Day, which is totally understandable. So it was kind of nice to get a card, totally random, just telling me how much my parents love me. It's never a wrong time to tell your family and friends how much you care about them and love them. And I think it became a lot more apparent to us how important this is when Aaron's sister passed. It's shocking how short life can be sometimes.
I'm trying to look on the bright side. I'm determined to have an awesome summer, despite any changes with me and my friends. I want to go to a lot of concerts this summer. Friday, May 11th, Mike Doughy is playing at the Lilac Festival. He's awesome, you should join me. It's free. In June I'm going to Pittsburgh with two friends from school to visit another one of my friends from school. I'm pretty excited for this, we are also going to a Fray concert. It's my birthday present, so beat that bitches! Anyway, I would like to go to more concerts than that! I need to check WBER's website.
