-Owen is in his room with door open, sitting on edge of bed, face buried in his hands. He's talking to himself but it's possible to overhear-
Why am I having these feelings? These can't be normal... I can't...
Him? But he's different... He makes me feel like I can be something more. For once there's someone who enjoys my company... He's not afraid of me like a lot of other kids are. B-but I'm sure he could never feel the same way. These feelings aren't... normal and the chances of them being mutual is slim to none.
... He's better off without me anyway. He... deserves more than I could ever give him...
