Wow, seems really interesting! But what kind of quality are you looking for? I'm a good artist but I've still got a lot of improvement to do. =/

Oh, I should add, I know it says you accept 'first time cartoonists', but sometimes first timers can be pretty good. -fret-

Having looked at your DeviantArt, I would not fret if I were you. For example, I would love to print your Twilight comic if it was split up into A5 pages (assuming it would print okay in black and white). I reckon it would be perfect for Fist Full Of Comics.

Seriously? I would LOVE for you to include my Twilight comic... Gotta keep spreading that Twilight hate! ; ) I'll neaten it up and send you a copy, since I wouldn't be able to draw anything new in time for the late Feb copy.

For anyone else who may be wondering this: Fist Full Of Comics aims to be inclusive rather than exclusive. Pretty much everyone has improvement to do (myself more than anyone), but that improvement only comes through experience, and I think the best experience comes from seeing your creations in print and finding out what works and what doesn't. Accordingly, part of Fist Full Of Comics' "mission statement" is to encourage emerging artists to publish their work.

(A note to readers: that doesn't mean Fist Full Of Comics will be purely an amateur book: several of our contributors have worked for mainstream book publishers. Everyone's welcome!)
