Guess Who Mafia(-ish) Day 1
Welcome to Day 1 of Guess Who Mafia(-ish)!
Days will, as a general rule, run from 5am EST to 5am EST (24 hours), today being an exception. We will play today, tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday, and then on Monday I'll just post a little wrap-up post (if needed, unless everyone have been guessed earlier).
Make up a name to call yourself, for signing comments/replies and for introductions.
Since only you know who you're playing, there is nothing for you to do but rp and figure things out and see if you can guess who the others are. So there are no roles, and no chatzy's, and nothing you need to pm me. :)
So, rules are as follows:
- Keep your character a secret until someone guesses who they are
(- To not make this more complicated than it has to be, ignore my whole 'let's wear masks/costumes/disguises' idea that I mentioned in my first Wanna Play post. xD :) )
- You will notice the Clue comment, where each of you will give the daily clue, and you can then all reply to each comment with your guess (whenever you have one, any time during the Day). So you can all place one guess on every player today (one for me, one each for your fellow players).
- Talk to each other, ask questions, play games, try to get information and figure out your fellow players. Only thing that isn't allowed is violence to do so. So you can't punch someone or threaten them to tell you who they are. You can convince them, flirt with them, try to tickle them, make them a bet, challenge them, exchange info for info, etc etc. And just... rp as you think your character would act and react. *shrug*
- One point for each correct guess, most points by the end of the game win.
- Have fune :)
And although I don't think it'll happen in this game because we are so few, because of the 'don't tell' aspect of the game, there is the possibility of more than one person playing the same character. But it adds to the chaos, so that's just a bonus to me, lmao. :D
Alright, I think that's pretty much it. It's okay if this gets messy and chaotic and doesn't work, I just want you to have some fun playing a game. If there are any questions, either ask here or pm me. I'll check later today/as soon as I can.
And if you need a setting: the whole thing takes place in a beautiful two-storey mansion (+ attic and basement), there's a big garden outside with pretty flowers and a couple of benches. Inside you have the usual bedroom, guest rooms, kitchen, livingroom, and also a library and a game room (which has a dart board, billiard table, and a card table) in which there is also a small bar.
(As you may have noticed, this first post went up a little early; I have to call the dentist in a bit and if they can see me today I might not have time to post this later as I meant. So this Day will be a little longer. :) )
