My Period
I haven't had a period in over 7 months and although it was nice not having it, I still had the symptoms of getting it but just didn't get it.. until today.. for the first time in 7 monthhs. The cramps and back ache are overwhelming to say the least and explains the cramps I was having off and on for the past month or so. I am in the middle of menopause or peri menopause.. and I have heard other women who have gone through this before tell me what they have gone through.. and I am not excited. The hot flashes are awful. I usually get them at night. It feels like my whole body is on fire and I cannot have any sheets or blankets on me at all until the feeling goes away, usually about 10 minutes later or so. And I have other things to look forward too.. oh yay?
