I'm alive, I'm alive

To everyone who inquired about my chest:
Thank you all so much.
To Heather, Rose, Shu Ling, Bernie, Silver and bclar (I don't know your name D: Friend!fail, sorry), thank you guys so much.

The pain is gone for now, but when I breathe deeply there is a dull ache in the left side of my chest. I'll just try to change my sleeping and eating habits a little and see if it gets better. Also I think I need to exercise a little more. I don't think my heart is getting enough exercise. No worries, I'll take things slow. I workout with machines so it's easier to keep track of my limits. Today I paced myself at 6.5 km/h on the treadmill. That isn't too fast for me to faint, I presume :) I didn't experience pain when I was in the gym today, though. I did get very dizzy at one point but I sat down and drank water and got better within five minutes. I did another 20 minutes of exercise after that. :) I feel much better after exercising, actually. Don't worry, you guys. I'm staying away from the ergometer for the time being because it doesn't want to be friends with my back, but maybe I'm just doing things wrongly. They have an automated tutorial built into the machine so I'll be sure to follow that the next time I get back on. I'll keep to the treadmill and cross-trainer for the time being. (I'm a big fan of the cross-trainer, by the way. I have rheumatism so it saves me a lot of pain. I think I don't know anyone else who's 20 and has rheumatism. Haha. Do you?)

I have a little less than three weeks to lose my face-fat, which wasn't there in 2007. I weighed myself just now and realised that I put on 4 kg last year. What the hell. I have about five months to get it all off. It's actually possible, so when I hit the 4kg mark and still have time I'll continue pushing myself. I don't think I'll lose weight that drastically to shed kilos the night before the wedding, but to play safe I'd probably go for a final fitting one day before. On the other hand my gown has a corset, so it doesn't really matter if I lose weight on the top because they'll just tighten all the ribbons to keep the dress on. Due to the nature of things I will definitely not lose weight in my thighs and bum, since Murphy's Law for Lydia's Problem Areas decrees that 'Parts that can bloat up for a wedding will bloat up.'

(Sorry if this offends any guys who are on my f-list. but I need to say this: I'm so glad that I am still a B. If I lose the 4kg I will STILL be a B, and I am SO THANKFUL for that. I mean, what if I dropped to an A or something?! NO OFFENCE  TO ANYONE WHO IS AN A. It's a very actual worry, because if I dropped and the bridal studio altered my dress to my size my gown will DROP lor.)

Right. Enough fat-talk.

My family is really multi-cultural. My dad is currently speaking Amoy dialect to my aunt, and my mom is mixing Hokkien with English to speak to my dad, he's replying with Amoy, and my aunt is butting in Chinese. O_O And as if that's not enough, my dad is eating Korean food. My mom's really into Korean entertainment, like every other Singaporean female her age, so she watches a lot of Korean shows on her laptop. When she's tired of the laptop she switches on the TV, and we are all invaded by her Cantonese drama when we're in the living room.

And then I stay up late at night watching Himitsu no Arashi-chan backdated episodes from the last half of 2008. I didn't download before August, I think. My aunt watched Shukudai-kun with me the other day and I had to play translator while laughing like an idiot at the boys putting sugar on spicy food, which any Singaporean would know the effects of. Haha.

Okay I need to charge my computer battery and post this up. Much love to all.
