(no subject)
okay so sorry for the lack of updates but life has been pretty crazy lately between finals, theboy and work.
so lets start with thursday. my morning class was canceled which was glorious b/c i could sleep in. i had work from 12 to 5 @ HD. and theboy (previously known as shyguy) came in at two, however he was stuck in paint and couldn't come see me till 5ish. its what happened at four thirty that really made the day, eventful.
i rang up the older gentleman, who was very sweaty and out of it, for a drink then he went over and sat down on a stack of plywood. I had just finished ringing up the next customer in line, when we heard a thud i looked up and the guy had fallen down and was having a full out seizure. everything following that is kind of a blur. like in the movies where one character is standing still and everyone around them is just flying by. it was hands down one of the scariest moments of my life.
then i had to fill out a police report on what i saw, and all the emt and police were there. i was so lost.
and then theboy comes over and makes me smile and forget about everything. i spent the hour between work and class (which i normally spend finishing homework and eating) hanging out with him in garden. it wasn't until after class that it hit me that he just competely calmed me down and made me forget that anything was happening.
and today we've been talking pretty much nonstop about anything and everything, from making fun of the fact that he owns crocs (really! i can't get past that) to him considering the military. i really like him, and i can't wait till tomorrow when i see him. :)
