Allow me to present to you, without preamble....

Exhibit A: Coin from the Elizabethan age, approx 1600 AD (or CE if that is how you roll)

Exhbit B. Note the lettering around the rim.

It is hard to see, but it reads just about the same :)
Look, I never said I was a graphics girl. This crappy computer doesn't have fancy "enchance" CSI-esque functions. But you can see it well enough.

So....where is Coin B from? A new, previously undiscovered cache unearthed from the depths, bringing us new insight into the history of England's Golden Age? A rare specimen from the period, only possesed by nobles and high-ranking government officials?

If you said, 'Merlin Season 3, Epsiode 4', YOU WOULD BE CORRECT.

ALKJFSKLJ I LOVE THIS SHOW <3

Let me tell you how I see this playing out. Forgive the terrible graphics. I'm trying to work over here.
Of course, everything in Merlin has a logical explanation, so I thought of the following as one possible occurence. As you know, these coins/crystals were acquired by our two antagonists in this episode. This is the scene between them we didn't see.

HAPPY FRIDAY YOU GUYS :D

fandom, procrastination techniques, here we go again, merlin, picspam, what the hell is a tag, i have no words, i might randomly some crazy
