Wasn't Wesley 'watching' both of them after Giles got fired? Wesley couldn't control one slayer let alone two.

I def think Faith probably could have benefitted from her own Watcher though. However, after having her first watcher killed, her second watcher try to kill everyone, and then argueably the third (wesley) being practically incompetent, her faith (heh) in the councils ability to guide a slayer may have been beyond repair.

It prob took so long to get Mrs. Post there because after Faith's first watcher was killed, she booked it and ran for sunnydale. Faith isn't really containable or easily tracked.

I know Wesley was watching both of them, that's the point. Faith was supposed to have her own watcher. It just doesn't make sense that no one was able to replace Mrs. Post, but as soon as Giles was fired Wesley pops up. Wasn't there a huge building in England with watchers just waiting for slayers?
