Introspect
I lost my phone on wednsday. IT's set me back a bit. I ended up meeting up with joe and chris for some lunch and then off for a hike up to the auburn quarry to look for a cave.
Joe head about anoher cave on the ledge of the quarry and not the infamous cave. The hike was short but the view of the quarry from atop the rock was way cool. Cruised by leah's to say hi. She got a new job working for an environmental company planting trees. She said something about her working with mexicans. I was kinda offended by the way she talked down about lowering herself to manual labor.
I think she unintentionally looks down on deople a bit. I just like her for who she is and she likes me for who I am. I proably shouldn't get offended. It just makes me want to do better for myself.
I myspaced roxanne today about hanging out tonight. We ended up seeing "into the wild". It really lived up to the memory of chris. he died four days after my eighth birthday. I would have been living off torrey pines rd in lake of the pines in auburn, ca. probably building my treehouse or playing with legos.
I kinda want to hike the pacific crest trail now. I've hit a few of the hikes he did. I think it would be cool to hike a bit of the pacific crest trail. Maby the desolation wilderness to loon lake leg.... Maby next summer.
I"ll be in santa cruz tomorrow...well capitola. I'm going fishing i think. Should be cool.
