facilities rocks the his-ouse!
To start, last semester, the outlets in the bathrooms didn't work, so I put in a work order and they fixed it the very next day!
Then, Yesterday, I put in a request that there is no hot water in the showers (and hasn't been all year). Today I find out they are turning off the hot water tomorrow for 4 hours...to fix the hot water! Yay!!!!! I am sooooo pleased!
