i descended a dusty gravel ridge, beneath bixby canyon bridge
there are a few videos of gabe interviewing andy for peta2.org and the first two are boring blah blah don't eat meat animal cruelty is bad, but the last one is funny. they talk about who showers the least and who has the best hair.
in other news, my smoothie recipe:
6 medium strawberries, cut in half
2 small angelcots, diced
8 oz plain yogurt
2 T honey
2 T juice (i used tj's orange-mango-banana)
a few cubes of ice
blend until smooth, yield 24 oz. i am drinking mine with roasted sweet potato fries. nom nom.
