I don't know how you'll do with the milk? I drank raw milk (that's both unhomogenized and unpasteurized) growing up and I wish I had a reliable source for it now. I really prefer it. but some people find the amount of butterfat in it too much - I've heard people say it's like drinking heavy cream. just remember to give the bottle a good shaking before you pour it out... I did that for all of my formative years and now I still shake the carton even though the milk doesn't need it. :p
it's against federal law to sell unpasteurized milk. lord knows how everyone in my family totally died over and over of hideous bacterial... yeah, whatever. anyway, I figured it was. but if it's skim, I'm not sure what the point of selling it as unhomogenized is? because the homogenization process is to blend the cream in so that it doesn't separate, and skim milk has no cream. so, um. it sounds to me like you just paid too much for what you could've just bought at the store. :\
it's the brand - (farmer's creamery) - all the milk says non-homogenized. i paid more cause it's organic and from grass-fed cows. sigh, this city life.
