in the past, i've found jobs through huge job search websites and friendly word-of-mouth, both, and all i've learned is that the whole thing is pretty fucking random. i need help, and no one is surprised by that.
what are your tips? your go-to websites? your huge national companies at which you have an aunt who knows someone in hr who can provide contacts in atlanta?
or, if you don't have any of the above, cover letter advice would be great.
i have had a lot (!!) of coffee, today, and i've got actual sociable plans for the weekend (thrift shopping with fwiends! free christmas party with open bar! see a friend's band play!) i feel less like dying that i did at this time last week! all good things.
