we had a really fucking good time painting the living room last night/eaaarly this morning. the sandy-peachy color we first chose was deemed to be "too much like a bandaid" so we've since selected a bright blue-grey to replace it. we broke into in last night and started by just painting swears and nonsense on the walls.
tonight, susan, eva and i are attending a riverboat casino/auction to support atlanta animal rescue friends. it should be a really good time. i'm excited. but first, lunch and a trip to the farmer's market. then i have to umm...cut the paint out of pippin's fur...and uh, clean the paint splatters up off the carpet. good times, ya'll.
