Because there's always chaos on Friday the 13th. The only way to make it even better would be to have the Full Moon on it.

Okay, we have a lot of rules to follow here, and it seems like some people keep trying to get in our way. But I've come up with a plan to fix all of this.

We all need jobs to keep our powers, but it's not easy finding a job that's not boring or stupid. A good job would be a mercenary or bodyguard of some sort. Not only do you get paid based on demand, but you get to kill stuff while doing it. But there's no guarantee that anyone here will need a bodyguard or mercenary here, because monsters come and go here.

So, what if we could guarantee that there would always be 'danger' here, and then scare the people into thinking they need to pay us for protection from it? If we could do that, then we would get tons of cash and never have to worry about losing our powers. And not only that, but it would make us look good, since we're 'protecting everyone from danger.' Then we would have the whole city in our hands!
