Celebrity. $ = power.
I never understood this, was that if a stunt man/woman is killed doing a stunt in a movie for a famous actor, they aren't in the news that often, but if the actor was doing his/her own stunt and died, it would be all over the freaking news....now why is one person's life "more important" over the other?
Our society "worships" actors/sport players and they are paid millions of dollars, why? They aren't contributing anything to our society. Why are we allowing them to be paid millions just to entertain us? We should be paying doctors/health care workers/teachers/police officers (the back bone of our society), (not millions, because no one should get freaking millions), a lot more than we do. I know, not all celebrities just take, but too many of them do. If you have that much money, you don't go by diamond earring that costs more than my car, you give back to your community and other organizations that can help people/animals and make our world a better place.
Because let's face it, money = power and with money you could really make a change for the better.
