Dear Baltimore City Parking Authority:

With all due respect, which is to say "none", please suck it. Seriously. Please find an enormous, unwashed, syphilitic dick, latch on, and suck.

I'm sorry, but that's the kind of request you have to expect when you put parking meter machines and No Parking signs on the same block and then hide those No Parking signs behind a tree. I even gave you a fair shake and considered that the tree maintenance department should be doing the sucking for not trimming the trees sufficiently to expose the signs, but I came back to the issue of having No Parking signs and parking meter machines on the same block. Why? Why would you do that? How can you not expect all sorts of problems to result from that?

What, you don't think it's confusing? Then why, when I pointed out the confusion to a nearby security guard after discovering that my car had been towed, did he chuckle and say, "It sure is confusing! They got four cars and a truck today!"

Really, Baltimore City. Haven't you drained enough of my bank account due to vehicular violations of one sort or another? Of course, many of those violations were my fault, but I cleaned up my act. I'm on the straight and narrow now--have been for some time. It's your turn now, Baltimore City. Trim the trees, move the signs, or take away the meters, and give my $250 back. And yes, still, suck it.

Sincerely,
I think you know.
