My next goal is ANOTHER 25 pounds. I'm on my way ...
I have been up for a few hours, it's 5:30 a.m. I really should get myself back to bed. Either that or just start the coffee and get on w/ my day.
Anyway, about WW. So far I have gone for 22 weeks. NEVER have I been able to stick w/ any type of plan for this long. Somedays are VERY hard. I make good choices, eat unprocessed foods, and eat a reasonable amount for the most part. But there are times that I have that *drive* to over eat.
I really need to start using the treadmil again. I still don't know why I stopped. but most of all, I have no idea how to get myself motivated to walk again.
Any Ideas?
