Wake up (and forget the coffee). [Tag to Komui, Closed]

Funny, even after so many years Linali never grew tired of bringing her brother coffee in the morning. It was a repetitive task, but comfortingly so -- it was something she could automatically fall back on in the morning whenever she was too worn out or dazed to think of anything else.

Today was no exception. She'd woken up with absolutely no sense of direction or destination, and so she'd set off to fulfill the first and only purpose that had entered her mind.

"Morning!" She greeted her brother cheerfully as she set foot through his office doors, bringing with her a pot of his favorite roast. (There really was no need to knock beforehand, or even speak -- knowing his overprotective tendencies, Linali was pretty sure he'd memorized the sound and gait of her footsteps.)

...There was something not quite right.

...Did he change decorations again?

She wasn't quite sure what to make of the distressed figure over the stack of papers on the desk, either. What was... hmm... ah, when did Komui's hair get that long again? She figured her sibling had been messing around with his concoctions again, and -- after a split second of hesitation -- overlooked the subject.

"Is everything okay?" She asked (though really, she was questioning herself).
