I totally motivated Ulises to go through HIS closet so together we have accumulated 5 trashbags FULL of clothes to donate. That, and our closets are nice and clean and organized which is great because mine was getting pretty stressful. :]
I'm kind of bouncing back and forth on the idea of making up some muffins. I'm pretty sure I've got everything I need to make them, and I've got some overripe bananas that need to be used. I already made a huge batch of lasagna rolls today and dropped some off for my dad. I hope they're good, I don't see why they wouldn't be but I always fear giving people food that isn't edible. I typically like to taste it first but I wasn't in the position to do so at the time so here's to hoping. I did start to run out of meat though so I hope I didn't give him the ones that were really skimpy on the turkey. I worry to much.
We did not get around to going to Garden of the Gods today but that's alright, maybe we'll get to go tomorrow. Having these three days off has really been beneficial to me.
So today I did a workout dvd that is actually pretty intense. I guess I've been building stamina though because it wasn't nearly as difficult to do this time as it was last time, and I haven't done it in MONTHS. So that's pretty cool, right? I also got to take Moxie for a walk! I love taking her for walks, she is just so happy.
They started this valet waste pickup at our apartment complex. They gave every apartment a trash can and you put it outside your door in the evening and they pick it up every night but Fridays and Saturdays. I'm like wow, how's that for promoting laziness? I guess when you pay over $1000 a month for rent they better pick up your trash! We have a dumpster basically at the bottom of our stairs though so if we weren't capable of taking out our own trash that would be pretty sad! I guess it's beneficial for people like those who live in one of the buildings we used to live in as the only dumpster that is close is ALWAYS full, and you'll get fined if you leave your trash next to the dumpster. So unless they want to walk to a dumpster by another building they can just leave it on their porch and let someone else deal with it. Why I'm so into this is beyond me, I've just never heard of such a thing as valet waste pickup before.
Anyway, I suppose it's time to get off the computer (and up off the couch!)
