(no subject)
well. it is officially my last night of summer. and i believe i am officially the last of our friends still in sharon.
it's kind of weird, actually. my dad was like, you calling anyone, and i told him, as far as i know, there isn't anyone left. ha.
umm yes.
it was a pretty fantastic summer, i suppose. i accomplished everything i wanted to. well, other than making money, cause it all dissappeared into the money abyss that was my trip. but it was definitely worth it.
i'm excited to get back to school. i kind of want to be there right now, but tonight was relaxing and i appreciated it.
any of the seniors now (ah! i can't believe it!) who read my lj, know that you are more than welcome to come visit me at UMass if you're considering it! my cell is 617-957-5531, and seriously call it if you're interested in it!
mayhaps none of you are even looking at it, but if you are, all i have to say is that it is what you make it. and dont be worried about what other people think or that you'll see sharon people everywhere. because most likely you wont. and when you do, you'll most likely be happy to see a familiar face, or if that isnt the case you can probably easily get lost in a crowd or something and not talk to them.
right. i can't even imagine the financial situation i would be in if i werent going there.. i mean, for one i wouldnt have been able to go on the trip this summer, clearly.
anyways... so even if there's no real mark left of the huge amount of working i did this summer in my banking account, there will be for quite a while, if not forever, a lovely burn on my left wrist from the outback bread oven. bah.
ok, i still have quite a bit to get done and want to sleep at least somewhat before tomorrow. keep in touch everyone over the year, or i'll kill you all... that's a lie, i'll probably just call you instead. right. goodnight.
