Long day
I'm in the last quarter of my staff duty, 24 solid hours of sitting on my ass not doing much of anything. Sheniah was oddly taking it pretty rough, acting all sad and pitiful about daddy not coming home and not being able to see me. Funny how she's not like that when she goes out to a sleep over.
But this did give me time to read, got through about the first quarter of my book, 'Runes of the Earth', first of the third trilogy of the White Gold Wielder, best fantasy books ever written in my opinion. Not only is it just one hell of a damn good story, Donaldson is also one of the few authors that makes me look words up in the dictionary.
I'm trying to talk the wife into taking a trip to FL this weekend and hit Busch gardens since this will probably be the last year that they let military members in free due to being bought out by the Belgians. She's not one for that much spontanaity, but it's not like we can't afford it so I think it's gonna happen.
Spent a big part of the night texting the redhead, and I'm lucking out in a few ways. She's as kinky as I hoped, very poly, and seems to have a pretty level head on her shoulders. Thank the Gods.
And now, thanks to this duty and Labor day, I'm about to start my five day weekend, it's a beautiful thing. Maybe I'll make it up to Savannah this weekend for the drag show, either with the readhead or dressing up.
