Risk Assessment.

Hi all. I got an email from my doctor which said "One of your ovaries has multiple follicles and the resistive index (which has to do with the vascularization that some cancers can make) is just borderline abnormal."

How scared should I be? What does that even mean? She told me to schedule another ultrasound, which I'm doing right now. But I have no sense of if I should be freaking out or not.
