Eto... This place is called "the City." This unworthy one is not the best person to try to explain it, but... you are no longer in your own world. This place... draws people from different worlds into it... If that makes any sense at all.

Once any of us arrive in the City... there is no real way out. People come and go randomly and are rarely able to actually find an exit...

[Another...dimension? That...isn't too hard to believe, is it? It shouldn't be, considering there were two Trunks' at home, and they might as well have been from different dimensions, right? And yet, this isn't quite the same, either... Huh. How weird.]

No one is entirely sure why we can't leave. The City is ruled over by several "deities"... Demo... This unworthy one isn't sure they actually control who arrives and who leaves... Demo, people do leave. Some come back, others don't. It is the third time this unworthy one has been here. He was returned to his own world twice now, though both times he was returned before he even realized what was happening. This happened to his wife recently as well. She is on her second stay to the City now.

Sou, sou... It took this unworthy one quite some time to begin to understand it. The people in this place are so terribly different from what he knows in his own world. There are normal humans in this place, but also all matters of supernatural and alien people here as well.

[Shifts slightly. He needs to get back to his apartment to change his bandages.]

Ano... this unworthy one was on his way home... since Goku-dono is new here he is welcome to come with him if he wants. There is a lot more to know about the City, and he is sure Kaoru-dono would not mind. Although if you stay for dinner... Kaoru is cooking tonight...

[Now that gets his attention. Supernatural beings and aliens? Of course, he won't admit to being an alien himself, but knowing that there could be others here--dangerous others if what he's been sensing for the past hour hasn't been some fluke...he'll have to be careful]

[He nods.] It is. There are many dangerous people about, but in general there are enough good people to balance them out. The City itself is often the true danger. [A shadow crosses his face, remembering plainly what had occurred only a few days ago...]

[He points at the communicator.] This unworthy one isn't sure if Goku-dono has investigated "the network" yet, but several other citizens have create "guides" for the newcomers that explain things much better than this unworthy one has.

[He smiles as well, though it is his Rurouni smile--it was rare these days for him to give out anything different.] Aa. That is not a problem, Goku-dono. Demo, this unworthy one must be going. Goku-dono should read the guides on the network as soon as he can though. It will help a lot.

[ooc; XD Poor Kaoru... she gets so much abuse on her cooking. She will LOVE him. And noticing the shift is perfectly fine! XD And I saw Ananova offered him food too XD.]

[Dangerous people...great. Just like old times, right? Hopefully, not too much like old times, though, otherwise he would wonder if his sacrifice was really worth it] I'll keep that in mind.

[He looks down at the communicator thoughtfully. He hasn't really tried using it that much, to be honest. He never was good with technology. That was Bulma's department, not his. Still...] I've heard about the guides; I just haven't looked at any of them yet. Probably a good idea to do that, though.

[a pause and another smile] All right, then, Kenshin. It was nice to meet you. I guess I'll be seeing you around, though, yeah?
